Rotary drum filter screen contains all function of traditional mechanical filter screen, conveyor and screw press. Waste water enters into drum though rotary drum inlet, and flows though side screen gap of rotary drum. Suspended solids in waste water will be withheld in rotary drum. Rotary drum filter screen rotates at the speed of 4-6r/min. Residue in screen gap will be cleaned by the nylon brush and wash nozzle on upward side of drum. All suspended solids and Residues will be pressed and dewatered through screw conveyor, and conveyed to hopper on the top, and conveyed away. Rotary drum filter screen is widely used in pretreatment of urban sewage.

1) Rotary drum filter screen contains wedge-shape rotary drum, screw press shaft and presser with motor. Wedge-shape screen hole is 1-5mm. Screw conveyor and press dewatering equipment are installed in center of screen, and they are antifreezing.
2) Rotary drum filter screen is made by wedge-shape stainless steel cannular sift drum with the same hole diameter.
3) Slag remove of rotary drum filter screen should work automatically according to water level.

Rotary drum filter screen should be installed in water channel at 35 degree angle. Waste water enters into drum though rotary drum inlet, and flows though side screen gap of rotary drum. Suspended solids in waste water will be withheld in rotary drum. Cleaning arm with rabble blade cleans screen gap when making circular motion, and fetches solids from screen by rabble blade. Wastes will be clean away from rabble blade by wash water and baffle, and dropped into screw press. Wastes will be dewatered by shrinking screw pitch during transportation, and extruded and dehydrated in the top compression zone. Extra water will reflow into water channel and wastes will go to container or follow-up equipment for next treatment.
